Facciamo il possibile per consegnarti un prodotto all’altezza delle tue aspettative.

Se per caso non dovessimo riuscirci, Prodital ti consente di restituire l’articolo acquistato, fino al termine di 30 giorni di calendario dalla data di avvenuta consegna.

La merce dovrà essere correttamente arrotolata ed imballata, così come l’hai ricevuta.

Non deve presentare danni di alcun genere: parti tagliate, graffi, schizzi, segni da piegatura, ecc.

Le spese di restituzione dei nostri articoli sono a tuo carico, pertanto ti chiederemo un contributo di € 15,00 per le spese di gestione del reso.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Prodital allows you to return the goods, till 30 calendar days from the delivery confirmation.

Leather must be correctly rolled and packed as it was when delivered.

It must not present any damages: cut parts, scratches, wrinkles, spots, etc.

Return freight charges are at your expense; moreover we require € 15,00 for return management costs.
